Postage & Delivery Information

Economy

This budget option is suitable for those who don't need the products urgently. It is limited to the UK and is dispatched by Royal Mail or the Home Delivery Network, to be with you in between 2-5 business days (stock dependant). Delivery times vary based on the service employed and your delivery destination. Please note that this option should not be used for high value products or if you have an urgent deadline to receive the goods. This service is NOT trackable by the Customer, so please don't request a tracking number.

Standard

Our regular delivery option. This option is generally dispatched within 1-2 business days (stock depending) with a Parcel Delivery/Courier company on a 24hr service (24-48hr to Highlands & Island destinations). It is ideal for the more valuable and the heavier products. For peace of mind these services are trackable and usually a signature is required. Please think about the delivery address you give when completing your order, you can specify a different delivery address, like work or a relative/friend, to ensure the carrier can deliver when tasked to do so.

Express

This option is only available when ordering products that are in stock and we always aim to dispatch Express orders the same working day with the quickest delivery service available to us (Next Day and some timed services for UK Orders depending on destination/time of day ordered).

Customer Collection

If you are local to us and would like to collect the products from our premises please select this option and contact us to arrange collection. Please don't just turn up without contacting us first as your order may not be ready for collection. This option can also be selected if you want to arrange for your own courier collection (make some notes on your order in the space provided and we'll contact you when the parcel(s) are ready to be collected).
