The Thermo-Tec battery heat barrier kit is designed to provide protection from heat and vibration – which can destroy batteries. It also has a black felt backing which absorbs and neutralises harmful battery acid. It is adhesive backed, and the high reflective surface is capable of withstanding radiant temperatures in excess of 1000°C.

The battery heat barrier kit is completely safe to handle before and during installation. It is used by all branches of the United States military and is the only product of it's type in the World.

The battery heat barrier kit is a universal kit that fits almost all batteries. The product measure 40" long x 8" width/height.
